Issue #153 I would argue that sleep is the most important thing we can do for our health, physical and mental performance, and overall wellness. Yet the vast majority of Americans either don't know how crucial it is or don't prioritize it. As a result, their physical and mental health suffers and they're at a large competitive disadvantage to those who get good sleep.
I just bought the book. I've never slept well. My responsibility-avoidance maneuver is for this military retiree is to blame the military. The Army in particular hates sleep. Especially in the infantry fields. They find the most amazing activities to pursue once it gets dark. I need to get serious about this and the book sounds like a great "reset' in that direction.
